Tips for your Hair Growth Longer and Faster.

Tips for your Hair Growth Longer and Faster.

The rate at which your hair grows is genetic, which plays a big role in the rate at which your hair grows and also the length it will reach. Prenatal vitamins help to grow your hair and nails longer and faster, along with other vitamins that can easily be purchased at your local drug store, grocery story, or supermarket.
Do not wash your hair every day. Instead, wash it 3-4 times a week. Not washing your hair every day allows all the natural oils in it to soak and sit, making your hair a lot more healthy. The healthier your hair is, the better it will look and the faster it will grow. If your hair greases easily, dry shampoo will help control that. I recommend Dove, however it all depends on your hair type and preferences.

Keep your hair up in a bun a lot. Letting your hair hang down will let it rub against the fabric of your clothing and create friction, slowing down the growth rate. Remember to not use hair ties or things that may be harmful to the hair such as rubber bands.

Do not use heating irons or blow dryers (anything that produces heat) because this will only damage your hair and slow down the growth rate. If you have to, use it minimally.
Refrain from brushing your hair while it is wet. While your hair is wet, it is weak and brittle. Brushing it will while wet will cause some hair to fall out. However, if you must, shower combs work best for wet hair.

Do not apply conditioner directly to your roots and scalp. This will weigh your hair down.

In between washes, turn your head upside down and brush your hair from the roots to the tips. This will help the oils coat evenly from root to tip.

Do not use many products on your hair, such as hairspray or anything that might way it down.

Do not shower in hot water. Keep the water cool or warm. Hot water will dry out and damage your hair.

When shampooing your hair, massage your scalp thoroughly to activate your hair follicles and promote hair growth. You can also use a brush to do this. (Outside of the shower, not in it) Just brush your hair thoroughly and the bristles will activate those hair follicles and promote hair growth.
Keeping split ends trimmed can help your hair grow faster, but can also delay it. It comes down to personal preference.

Do not dye your hair or use any chemicals in it. This will only severely damage it and prevent hair growth.
